Emby Products is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fashion Brand Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and driving brand growth. ● Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance
brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty.
● Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across
various channels, including social media, email, and traditional media.
● Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences,
and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies.
● Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all
touchpoints, including product packaging, advertising, and retail displays.
● Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure
brand alignment and cohesive marketing efforts.
● Public Relations: Manage PR initiatives, including press releases, media relations,
and influencer partnerships to promote brand visibility.
● Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal
allocation of resources for maximum impact.
● Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and
strategies, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
● Event Planning: Organize and oversee brand events, fashion shows, and product
launches to drive engagement and brand awareness.
● Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including
photoshoots, videos, and promotional materials that reflect the brand's identity.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a
related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
● Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related
role within the fashion industry.
● Creativity: Strong creative vision and ability to translate brand values into
compelling marketing campaigns.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Adobe
Creative Suite, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to craft persuasive and engaging content.
● Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make
data-driven decisions.

brand integrity.
